- 5 cups watermelon, cut into chunks
- 1 bottle Ginger Shots Lemon Ginger
- 1 Tbsp coconut palm sugar
- 6 large basil leaves
In a blender, blend watermelon until smooth. Strain the watermelon into a medium size bowl. Add the Ginger Shot and coconut palm sugar to the watermelon juice and whisk until blended. In a small bowl, muddle the basil leaves, then add to the watermelon mixture and stir. Refrigerate for several hours to allow the flavors to blend. Remove the basil leaves before serving. Best served over ice. Enjoy!
You can reserve the leftover watermelon pulp to use in a smoothie!
