  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (or pumpkin spice)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tulua Wellness Shot Turmeric Ginger Pineapple

Serves 1

In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk and coconut oil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add the spices, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and Turmeric Wellness Shot.  Use a whisk to stir until combined. Pour into a mug and garnish with cinnamon.
