Pomegranate Ginger Dressing


  • 1 Tulua Pomegranate Ginger Shot
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon/brown mustard
  • 1/8 cup slivered almonds (no skins); cashews would work too
  • salt + pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender. If too thick, add a little water or more olive oil.
