- 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Tulua Tart Cherry Probiotic Shot
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp dried Ashwagandha powder
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- dried culinary rose petals, optional
Heat almond milk over low heat in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and whisk in Tart Cherry Probiotic Shot, ashwagandha powder, nutmeg and maple syrup. Pour in a mug and whisk briskly to make frothy. Top with rose petals.
