- 2 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cupa coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 bottle Ginger Shots Orange Ginger
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of ground clove
- Sprinkle of sea salt
- Toppings:
- 4 chopped dates
- 1 Tbsp chopped pecans
- Add any toppings you like!
Add all the ingredients for the pudding (save the toppings) to a mason jar and stir to combine.
Refrigerate at least six hours or overnight. Try to give the mixture an additional stir while it’s setting.
Add toppings and enjoy! Makes 2 servings.
