Makes 2 servings
- 2 beets
- 1 apple
- 3 carrots
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 leaves kale
- 1 bottle Ginger Shots Lemon Ginger
Chop the beets, apple, carrots, and celery into large chunks. Destem the kale and roughly chop. Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and pour into two glasses.
