A delicious warming smoothie bowl with roasted sweet potato, banana, turmeric and ginger.
Ingredients:
- 1 Tulua Turmeric Ginger Vitality Shot
- 1/2 cup roasted sweet potato
- 1/4 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Transfer to a bowl and top with sliced banana and hemp seeds.
