Our ginger is single-origin from the Amazon rainforest in Peru. Finding it took six months of sourcing from growers around the world before we landed on the variety with the right potency, pungency, and depth. That ginger is the reason you can actually feel the difference. We go directly to growers whenever possible, because the closer you are to the source, the better the ingredient.
